In the event the application is consistent with the law and fits the requirements, the authorities upon carrying out a careful examination of inventive step, industrial capability, etc will issue an acceptance letter. The Law allows applicant to apply for a re-examination only in cases where the patent claim has received a partial acceptance from the authorities.
