This is an amazing belt!! The Someet Outdoor Sports Waterproof Running belt is fabulous! When I first opened it up I didn't think it would hold much of anything! But it expands and fits my Iphone in one pouch, my keys in another and if you want to run with your credit cards or protein bar there is room for those as well. I will say its not a one size fits all, it will fit most average sized people, if you are a bit on the "thicker" side it might be a bit tight. I got to sample this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest opinion and review! I would recommend to others!
