It is astonishing how few pupils come out of our school systems ever developing any language abilities, yet kids in different portions of the world start learning multiple languages (including English) at an extremely young age. How blessed we are to have been born or brought up learning a language that's pretty much talked everywhere. When traveling as even in more rural areas you can generally find younger people that you will have the ability to speak with it gives us more flexibility.
I actually do not know of any manner the Mexicans in our area, legal or not, are taking anything away from anybody. Accurate, "Pedro" received free medical care due to his severe injury. But his doing so did not keep any American children from receiving needed care. I do not believe it's with tax cash, although I don't know that hospital is financed. If it is, what difference does it make? They treat any child there who needs help. How could you turn away any child with a serious harm?
To me, it is nearly the same scenario with the Mexicans. But anybody who tries to help them can count on bringing down the wrath of the majority who just plain do not care.
Road speed limits differ between states but are typically 100-110kph on the highways and 50-60kph in built-up areas. Interstate highways are not of the exact same standard as USA and European highway systems but nor do they carry the exact same traffic volumes.
