We took many China tours in the past years and loved each of them. When we came to China, we were with a large group that was a popular method of traveling then, but when we returned to China for a second excursion, we decided to take. We chose Hangzhou, Suzhou and Shanghai as our destinations that were preferable that our friend in Shanghai urged highly. We booked our trip using a China travel agent that turned out having arranged our tour perfectly and capably!



Who was it that said, "The more civilized the human race gets, the 'slower' it seems to be"? Oh yeah, that was me! People began veering away from the first function of the shoe which was to protect the feet. Shoes became more of a means of showing standing-a very debilitating means!

Our hotel was located just near the Nanjing Road that empowered us to have the convenience to explore our free days. Shanghai is busy and modernized. The guide suggested we spend to the Bund and the Nanjing Road. Nanjing Road gave us an impression of a "shopping paradise". Folks were all busy at Nanjing Road with many strolling along the busy road looking for bargain sales. We wanted to try our skills that we were educated by the guide and really we got some fortune. The bund was lined with different architectural styles from old China to modern influences in the buildings. It is a must see destination that is urban if you are in Shanghai!

You don't have to learn some very hard ones like "Le Bu Si Shu", which comes from one actual story occurred in the Three Kingdom period in Chinese history and which means you are happy with your present little happiness in your enemy's house but forget your actual house and revenge.
