Faithful supporters, the long-awaited second installment in the continuing saga of the Cheap Family Holiday was released. The original, 12 days for $1800 variant, occurred in 2007. This time, we were headed out east, to Niagara Falls, Nyc, Philly, and DC, in search of free as well as inexpensive things to do. And we saw it all in 12 days for $2100.
Like few other summer activities, the Staten Island Ferry is operational twenty four hours every day and seven days a week. During day and early evenings, every half hour runs and typically it is proposed that you anticipate security clearance time and a half hour waiting. But riding the Staten Island Ferry is worth the wait as the Ferry takes you on your own mini cruise and lets you see some of New York from a whole new perspective.
May 3, 2009, has been declared Tooth Fairy Day at the museum. Children who come dressed as fairies have free entry as do all children 6 & under. (Otherwise, entrance is $3 for kids/seniors and $6 for adults.) It's time to go back in time to an era when horse power truly meant hp, where we'll see little men riding on huge creatures, and our five hundred hp Fan mobile will make the 60 mile trip in about an hour.
One great place to begin when visiting Singapore is the Botanic Gardens. Here one will be able to view a number of the most amazing hybrid orchids on the planet. There are over 2000 specimens that may be viewed. The entire experience offers more than 1000 species available for viewing and their enjoyment to the visitor.
