Afterward, using the kanban system, when just 4 novels are in inventory (the maximum that will be sold between the time of the sequence along with the time of the delivery), the business places an order for another 9 novels. This way, only when the inventory has no more novels from the previous order, the next order arrives.
So, just as people are poking their cameras into the Depoe Bay spouting horns a couple of miles away, people who can (probably) read have crossed the line. Rocky Creek is special in this manner.
