If you are in a non- English speaking country, of course you cannot avoid learning English. You might have tried so hard many English novels are read by you and also you pay lots of funds for learning English but greatly inside you believe you do not go everywhere. You CAn't speak English fluently, still cannot convey with foreigners. Why?
