I Was Surprised The Flex Belt Actually Does Work

I am about 25 pounds overweight which may not seem like a lot but I am not all that tall so it shows a good bit. I have tried losing weight in the past but I am just not into working out at all. I have tried running, lifting weights, riding bikes, and about a dozen other things and I just get so bored with all of it. I started to look for ways to lose the weight without actually having to do the 60 minutes of activity every day that doctors recommend. So Does the Flex Belt work? The answer is yes, at least for me. I have to say I was surprised by how much stronger my abs feel. I also do some back exercise too, which is really important when you exercise your abs. If you bulk up your abs, it puts strain on your lower back. So work out that back as well.
